In some instances a community may not have the capacity to facilitate their own renewable energy project. In these cases, Emergent can develop the project for you.
Emergent will enter into a land lease agreement, where we will pay you to put a renewable energy system on your property. We will then take care of the entire project development process. We can then enter into a power purchase agreement with your business and sell you power at a reduced price. We’ll lock into this electric price with you for the long term; this helps to smooth out price fluctuations that would normally cut into your operating budget.
